Well done Joanne your work looks Wonderful. My daughter Katey is finishing her honours year in Visual Arts Toowoomba and has done very well. Of course I claim some genetic credit but that is the limit of artistic endeavour for me. Keep up the good work. Peter.
Hi Jo
I had some time on my hands the other day and I decided to google some former Galileo people. This is a cool website and good for you!
It seems that the artistic world has beckoned for a few of us – I have been drawing/designing house plans on a freelance basis since 2005. To date it has all been woodframe homes but have recently been asked to work with “Rammed Earth” designs (also big in Australia) and environmental building (LEED in Canada).
Life is pretty good here and we hope to visit NZ soon for a holiday. I never did hear back from Lee – he was planning a holiday to Canada for his 40th with his parents.
Take care
Thanks Trudy. Great to hear from you. I’ll reply offline to catch up with you and what is happening here in New Zealand. Jo
Just left a post and wanted to say that I am not the Australian artist Yvonne George. Strange when you think your name is somewhat unique. I am from North Carolina, USA.
