An eclectic mix of creative arts from the Coromandel co ordinated by Paula McNeill of The Little Gallery of Fine Arts in Tairua. This was one of Heritage Galleries most interesting selections last year and returns by popular demand. “… and all the other endless possibilities” by Dagmar Andres-Dahmen  will be on view in OuterEdge installation window at Sanderson Contemporary Art, until 8 May 2011. Artist Dagmar Andres-Dahmen’s OuterEdge Project is about the relationship between the site, the viewer and narrative memories used within her practice. “… and all the other endless possibilities” reflects on feminism and the clichéd perception of women’s art as being predominantly craft. Andres-Dahmen playfully explores this construct in her installation, creating interwoven pieces which erupt and curve around walls and spaces, like giant and unintelligible pieces of embroidery.
