Two artists from Dornwell Studios have work in group exhibitions at the moment. Chris Dennis has work in Korero at Uxbridge Centre – 20 artists from various disciplines, select from 20 carefully chosen poems on the theme of conversation, to use as inspiration for their artwork. The exhibition is on until 2 August. Chris’s work is below. Another artist, although not from Dornwell Studios, is also a poet – Sue Reidy’s poem ‘Calling the Dead’ has inspired an image by artist Lisa Bensen, showing in Korero.
